BACP Trainee Psychotherapist
Elizabet Ciochina is a BACP trainee psychotherapist who offers warm, compassionate support to individuals facing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties. Elizabet has supported individuals who feel stuck, lost, overwhemled, exhausted, with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, attachment issues, limerance, as well as clients undergoing life transitions, uncertainty and those who want to know themselves better.
Elizabet offers a thoughtful and integrative approach to therapy. Her practice is grounded in person-centred, and CBT, and she draws flexibly from a range of therapeutic models to suit the individual’s context, needs and goals.
Drawing on both professional training and lived experience of navigating multiple cultural contexts, she brings a nuanced and empathic understanding of belonging, identity and transition.
Elizabet is committed to maintaining high standards of ethical and reflective practice within the service. She holds close awareness of her own positionality as well as the complex intersectionality that shapes our world, and fosters a safe and inclusive therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, understood and supported.
Eleanor Parks
BACP Trainee PsychotherapistEleanor Parks is a BACP trainee psychotherapist who works with adults experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, low mood, loneliness, demotivation, and feeling unsure about their direction in life. She also supports those who may feel emotionally stuck, disconnected from themselves, or in need of a space to reflect more deeply on who they are and what they want.
Her way of working is calm, supportive, and collaborative. Eleanor aims to build a therapeutic relationship that helps clients feel comfortable enough to explore painful emotions, confusion, or uncertainty at their own pace. She is particularly interested in helping people reconnect with themselves, understand their inner world more clearly, and move towards a greater sense of meaning and emotional balance.
Eleanor’s practice is informed by her training and shaped by a strong commitment to thoughtful, ethical, and inclusive care. She values the uniqueness of each person’s experience and seeks to offer a space where clients feel genuinely listened to, respected, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
Melanie Holland
BACP Accredited PsychotherapistMelanie Holland is a BACP accredited psychotherapist who supports individuals facing a range of personal and emotional difficulties. She works with clients experiencing relationship issues, including conflict with partners, family difficulties, communication problems, trust issues, separation, and the emotional impact of unhealthy relationship patterns.
She also supports people through life transitions such as grief, bereavement, divorce, and career change, as well as emotional distress including anger, low self-esteem, and burnout. Melanie offers a safe and supportive space where clients can explore what they are going through, strengthen their coping skills, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
Her work also includes helping people manage work-related stress, including redundancy and high-pressure environments, while supporting them to set healthier boundaries and recognise unhelpful behavioural patterns and thought processes. Melanie’s approach encourages greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and positive change, helping clients move towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Dr. Olivia Morgan
Dr Olivia Morgan is a Counselling Psychologist accredited by both the BACP and HCPC. She has a strong academic background, holding a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Psychology from UCL, an MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy from London Metropolitan University, and a doctorate in Counselling Psychology.
Olivia Morgan has worked in a range of settings, supporting women at a women’s centre for survivors of gender-based violence, helping people in recovery at an NHS drug and alcohol service, and working as a primary school counsellor for children facing complex emotional difficulties. She has also supported parents involved with family services when their children were taken into care, and has worked across several charities helping people with a wide range of mental health needs.
Recognising the urgent need for affordable and accessible mental health support, Olivia Morgan has offered therapy at a reduced cost. As Clinical Director and CEO, she remains committed to providing compassionate, effective psychological care for those who need it most. Online Counselling Services supports people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, with accessibility at the heart of its mission. The organisation believes that everyone should be able to access mental health support, regardless of their income.
Anghelina Roman
Psychologist & TherapistAnghelina Roman is an experienced therapist who uses an integrative approach, drawing on different therapeutic ways of working to meet each client’s individual needs. Anghelina also uses CBT to help clients notice and understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and to support practical change in daily life. She supports adults facing a wide range of emotional and personal challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, loss, anger, frustration, relationship difficulties, and inner conflict, as well as those who may feel constantly tired, unable to sleep, emotionally burdened, or disconnected from themselves and their lives.
Anghelina offers a warm, attentive, and non-judgemental space for people who need room to express themselves openly and feel truly listened to. She is particularly interested in supporting those who are working towards self-growth and personal development, including people who want to improve their lives, strengthen their boundaries, become more assertive, and move towards greater freedom and fulfilment.
She also recognises that emotional distress can often be felt in the body, including through symptoms such as back pain, shoulder tension, or difficulty breathing. Anghelina’s approach is grounded in care, reflection, and respect for each person’s individual experience, with the aim of helping clients better understand themselves, navigate their struggles, and create more meaningful change in their lives.
Betty Joseph
Accredicted PsychotherapistBetty Joseph is an accredited psychotherapist with experience supporting people through a broad range of emotional and psychological challenges. She works with clients facing difficult emotions such as grief, guilt, sadness, worry, fear, confusion, and anger. These concerns may present as mild stress or anxiety, or as more complex and severe experiences such as depression, trauma, intense anger, and suicidal thoughts or distress.
Betty offers a compassionate and grounded therapeutic space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences safely and openly. Her approach is informed by CBT, person-centred therapy, and existential psychotherapy, allowing her to work flexibly in response to each individual’s needs, challenges, and personal goals.
Through this integrative way of working, Betty helps clients develop greater understanding of themselves, process emotional pain, and find more effective ways of coping. She is committed to creating a supportive, respectful, and thoughtful environment where clients can begin to make sense of their struggles and move towards healing and greater emotional clarity.
